Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

The Voyage Home provides shipping Australia-wide with rates dependent on the size and weight of your order. You will be provided a shipping cost at checkout for orders under $250 and in-stock items will be shipped within one to three business days.
 
We are happy to offer free shipping to all metro Australian areas for orders over $250 however please note that large rugs and bulky or particularly heavy items are not included.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping however please feel free to contact us at enquiries@thevoyagehome.com.au and we will see what we can do for you.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

When purchasing from The Voyage Home, please consider your purchase very carefully before ordering.

We want you to love your Voyage products however we do not provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, deciding you do not need the purchase or if you find a similar product cheaper elsewhere. We would be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit in these instances.

If you do need to return a purchase:

​

  • Items must be in as new, undamaged condition with all original packaging and product labels included.

  • Bedding, towels and throws must be unwashed, unused and in all original packaging.

​

We reserve the right to refuse the request for a refund or exchange if the product does not meet the above requirements.

Please note we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on sale items.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS 
​
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to closely inspect your purchase immediately on delivery. If the package appears damaged on arrival, please ensure you take photos of the packaging before opening. Any damages must be reported to The Voyage Home within 48 hours of receipt of goods and you must adhere to the claims process including providing sufficient proof of damage and returning the goods for inspection.

Any goods that are claimed as damaged or faulty outside of the 48 hour period will be treated as a warranty claim and the buyer will be required to cover all delivery and return costs in the claim process.
​

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in transit however we will assist you in resolving the matter with the courier company where possible.
