Inspired by the Cambodian Kbach Chan flower symbol, the beautiful Tonle Sap may be used for food service or decoration. The rattan used in these products is fast growing and only harvested in limited quantities to allow it time to replenish for future seasons.
It takes one skilled Artisan three days to produce one Tonle Sap Platter. This is on top of the process of harvesting, drying and cleaning the rattan which takes about a month.
